And if you do seek help, it doesn’t help. Sometimes it makes it worse - or at least not better - and you feel like you’re stuck in a never-ending cycle of hopelessness and despair. You wonder how much more you can take - if you can take much more - before you resign yourself to a life full of pain and suffering and… missing out on what everyone around you seems to have.

That’s the journey of dis-ease, dysfunction and disorder. That’s the journey I help my clients overcome every single day.

And my job is to be a ray of hope; a rainbow of promises and new beginnings; a safe space for you to come and learn and grow so you can face the world stronger and wiser, healthier and happier, more authentically - You.

My name is “Dr. Cindy” Solliday and I’m a licensed psychologist in the State of Wisconsin with over 30 years of experience. I’ve been working with people just like you for a very long time. From my Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology to my specialized training as a Health Psychologist, Designated Diplomat in Comprehensive Energy Psychology, Initiated Reiki Master/Teacher, Certified BodyTalk™ Practitioner, and Clinical Traumatology Specialist… I have the tools at my disposal to show you how to not just survive… but grow and thrive… as a spiritual being having a human experience.

For 12 beautiful years, my constant guide, my once-in-a-lifetime True Love, soul dog, life partner, and co-therapist, Remi, sat faithfully by my side in this practice. On June 18th, 2026, Remi completed his physical journey on this earth. While I now step into the office without his physical presence, his protective, loving frequency remains a foundational pillar of the space we hold here.

Through our 12 transformative years together, Remi was far more than a companion—he was my mentor, teacher, healer, spiritual guide, and Sentinel. He was my ultimate guide in Relational Biology and Liberation Psychology. He taught me the deep, silent language of the heart, raw frequency, and presence without agenda. It was by his side that I survived the insanity of the corporate clinical matrix, outgrew the “Mad Men MEN-tality,” and birthed Soulution-Focused Therapy—a somatic, mind-body-SOUL approach designed to help you break through internal and intergenerational trauma.

While I continue to serve my clinical clients here in my private practice, Remi delivered a powerful directive to me in his final days: to step completely into the light and share the deeper, counter-cultural medicine of our journey with a broader global community.

To honor his legacy, dive into meticulous ancestral research, and explore the deep threads of Relational Biology, I have launched an independent writing space.
